Our district is preparing to implement the "Test to Stay" Program- a testing strategy designed to reduce at-home quarantine of close contacts from school exposure to a person with COVID-19.
Please read this LETTER and fill out this CONSENT FORM and return to your student's School Nurse. This will help expedite the process if you are interested in participating if your student is identified as a close contact.
