If you have any questions related to COVID-19 or other illnesses, please contact your school nurse. MMUUSD will continue to consult with the Vermont Department of Health and the Vermont Agency of Education to monitor cases and positivity rates; we will adjust our mitigation strategies accordingly to maintain a safe environment for our community.

Please notify your school nurse:
If your child has a new injury (i.e. concussion, fracture, etc) or a new health condition (i.e., diabetes, celiac disease, etc.)
If your child needs accommodations to support your child in school, i.e. PE excusal, pain management plan, etc.
Please submit documentation of your child's new medical diagnosis, MD orders for new medications, and/or prescribed activity restrictions/recommendations after a new injury from your child's health care provider to your school nurse.
